yesterday was spent with wendy wong and ferlin. ate xiao long bao! and la mian. haha. i always wanna eat it. wong is getting sick of it. haha. walked around and shopped. all the way from bugis street to marina square. haha. we bought this set of necklaces 'best friends forever'. haha. wendy = best, wong= friends and me =forever. haha. so cute right! next sem we (the 3 of us) would be wearing the same set of necklaces, in 3 separate continents. omg! haha. sooo, special. haha. ate like mad at hotpot culture at marina square. seriously. when i took the bus back, kept feeling nauseous. it got worse when i got off the bus and started walking back home. by the time i reached home, my glands were like over-producing saliva. haha. on the verge of puking. kept taking vit C cos it was sour. eventually the waves of nausea dissappeared. taught me a lesson. never overeat. obviously. haha.

Today went to SMU (first time back in a long time, always swore to avoid that place for this yr) haha. for some pre-departure talk. met other Jermayne. weird. Winston guy seemed friendly i suppose. haha. boring boring boring talk. omg. heard it all before. turns out i'm not abnormal. everyone else isn't exactly psyched abt going for exchange. haha. on the up side, the food was not bad. plus i spent the whole day watching 'how i met your mother'. so many many episodes left to entertain me. yay. Justin went to the driving range with warren, so yay! he could pick me back. haha. didn't think i'll see him till this wkend. so, pleasant surprise. (:

The past few days were spent 'arguing' (though not really) over silly childish things. but i'm glad things are much better. (: Went to tighten my braces yesterday. alternate pink and red now. the difference is still so minimal that most people can't see it. haha. saw photos of cat and nigel on fb. realised that they've been together for at least 5 yrs! kinda incredible. haha.

Anyway, went for golf lesson today. much better than our last practice session. I think Brian could tell that i was getting a bit frustrated with the woods. he told me that my swing is just right, i just need more practice. Told me not to change anything. (: I think that was a huge booster for me. Joy. Hope it gets better soon. Gotta keep practicing before i leave for US. Anyway, Federer is in the Quarter Finals! whee. let's hope he keeps it up. OMG! IT JUST OCCURED TO ME. i'll be in the US during US open! wheeeeee. (:

well well, quite an interesting day. yesterday justin came with me to watch 'I have a lot', this musical/concert thing organized and put up by my church's youth (including my siblings). after that went to eat prata with my family. haha. yeow yeow, aiyoh. so old. haha.

Today went to church. after that went with justin to some charity dinner thing with his parents and relatives also. Quite interesting, cos they had this 'dance floor' thing they put in for performances, then they opened it up to whoever wanted to dance. haha. His mum and dad pulled me up to dance some basic thing and waltz. haha. fun. quite lazy to blog now, cos i'm hungry. haha.

I've been doing the stupid visa application thing. and it's so mahfan! why why why is it so problematic? aiyoh. haha. on a lighter note, went to meet ferlin wendy wong and pris on monday for lunch. had fun talking. then went with wendy and wong to watch 'i love you man'. which was quite hilarious. haha. it was the 'after-movie' part that was the most interesting. the TALK. haha. sounds so ominous. it was fun. (: After that headed to justin's place for awhile, just to nua. haven't seen his parents in awhile.

yesterday, went for golf lesson! i still can't hit with the woods! so frustrating. ): Today, went for dim sum lunch with the family to celebrate mummy's birthday. haha yummy. super filling. then went to drive grandma and auntie with mummy for 'tea'. haha. drove to pass justin the golf clubs, then ended up going for a spin. first ride in my new car! haha. meeting ferlin, wong and wendy tmr! so exciting. shopping and talking are the order of the day. (: sounds grammatically incorrect. oh well. off i go.

Went to Prego today to celebrate Father's day + Mummy's birthday + Sis's birthday. haha. justin came along. interesting noisy and slightly chaotic dinner. but at least he was there. haha. i wish the white wine sauce of my vongole was stronger though, no kick. muahaha. Bumped into tham today at town, hope your proj goes well!

nothing much else to blog abt, meeting ferlin, pris, wong and WENWEN tmr! yay! wen wen is back. (: joy!

Yesterday, went for pleanary sessions 1 &2 of life conference before heading home to rest again. Awesome speakers. (: enjoyed it. at night, went to have dinner at the ship with justin. haven't been there since p6? haha super long ago. After that we went to walk around a bit, he bought stuff. Gss-ing. haha. went to watch ghosts of girlfriends past. have to say i'm a bit disappointed with the show. Dunno, felt like they could have tried to develop the storyline more somehow. haha. but the audience in the cinema was super responsive to every(sick and twisted)thing the uncle taught him. haha. After the movie we couldn't really decide where to go, so we went to KAP to get drive through macs ice cream. haha. went to the big field to watch stars, talk and eat ice cream. haha. (:

Today, went with justin to funan IT mall for lunch before walking over to peninsular plaza to get some of the stuff for his camera lens thingy. haha. After that, while walking back to the car we bumped into jon lin! mugger boy, fresh back from the windy city of Chicago. haha. oh wait, H1N1. oh well, let's hope he doesn't have it. haha. he offered to meet me for dinner or something to help me prepare of cornell. haha. so nice of him. after that justin and i went to esplanade in hopes of watching breakfast at tiffany's. but alas, it seems fated that we aren't gonna be able to watch it. haha. went to marina square to shop and walk around but didn't really find anything that we particularly liked. but found out something interesting! on the top floor, aka roof, there're 2 tennis courts! haha. headed to church for service. after svc, went to his army friend (weixian's) birthday party/bbq thing. was quite interesting to see the rest of them again, plus sudev. haha. HUGE house. i loved the deck chair and the pool the best. haha. so relaxing.

After that we all headed our separate ways, everyone else except justin and i had plans on. haha. so we ended up da-pao-ing tau huay back to his place to eat. yum. and now i'm home. haha. feel so meticulous in blog entries.
